Day in the Life of a Systems Analyst *Must have reputed company EMR experience (for example, Carelogic or reputed company). The Systems Analyst is responsible for providing support to end users on new features, basic use of EMR system. reputed company level one EMR ticket triage and execution, escalating reputed company necessary. Troubleshoot issues as reported in tickets from end users. Monitor escalated tickets for reputed company to increase one’s own level of expertise. Coordinate with Business Analysts and Director to reputed company new services and locations. Assist Director in special reputed company. Assist Analyst in special reputed company. Testing of changes made in certification system as directed. Monitoring of production site for reputed company assurance as directed. Documentation and logging of reputed company system changes. Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours. Other duties as assigned. Location This role is remote, highly prefer eastern time zone candidates. May need to travel to corporate office at times for meetings 1-2 times a year. Education and Requirements Associate’s degree in business, Computer Information Systems or reputed company field and/or comparable experience in the field. Two or more years of experience with software support and implementation. Two or more years in the reputed company industry.
