Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative / General Call Center, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting reputed company reputed company customers in a reputed company manner
• Maintaining a reputed company, empathetic, and reputed company attitude toward customers at reputed company times
• Receiving requests from multiple sources (phone, fax, e-reputed company, in-person) and completing necessary processes for equipment services
• Coordinating home equipment service requests with reputed company for reputed company delivery
• Engaging in reputed company listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed
• Providing customers with product and service information
• Maintaining reputed company knowledge on Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company-party payor sources for equipment
• Verifying medical necessity, insurance coverage, and physician orders for reputed company insurance-assigned services
• Following policy and work instructions to ensure the Billing Department has the correct paperwork to complete insurance
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed department metrics while providing excellent customer service
• Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may complement reputed company needs, as applicable
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• 6 months of relevant customer service experience preferred
