We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a remote reputed company, working a 3rd shift schedule from 11pm to 7am. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for performing approvals of consumer loans, making payment arrangements, and helping customers with any questions. You'll undertake an intermediary role between potential clients and our financial institution, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
