Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to resolve patient medical billing inquiries
• Collecting payments and assisting with patient inquiries regarding their medically billed charges
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients and reputed company providers
• Resolving reputed company billing issues and denials in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions
• Participating in online team meetings and company Q&A forums

Requirements
