Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving reputed company inquiries in a reputed company manner.

• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
