* 8 hour shift

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting reputed company reputed company customers in a reputed company manner, maintaining a reputed company, empathetic, and reputed company attitude at reputed company times.
• Receiving requests from multiple sources (phone, fax, e-reputed company, in-person) and completing necessary processes for equipment services.
• Coordinating home equipment service requests with reputed company for reputed company delivery.
• Engaging in reputed company listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
• Providing customers with product and service information.
• Maintaining reputed company knowledge on Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company-party payor sources for equipment.
• Verifying medical necessity, insurance coverage, and physician orders for reputed company insurance-assigned services.
• Following policy and work instructions to ensure the Billing Department has the correct paperwork to complete insurance.
• Understanding and striving to meet or reputed company department metrics while providing excellent customer service.
• Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may complement reputed company needs, as applicable.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
