Temporary Remote Position

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to work on a temporary, remote reputed company in response to catastrophe relief efforts. This position is contingent on the need for relief efforts and will require flexibility and adaptability. As a remote CSR, you will have reputed company to work from the comfort of your own home, choosing shifts that best fit your schedule.

Responsibilities

As a Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to reputed company-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries

Requirements

* Must be 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• The ability to type reputed company and accurately (40+ words a minute)
• Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Benefits and Compensation

• If a strong performer, ability for reputed company during high volume timeframes including end of reputed company – May (Hail Claims), July – reputed company (Hurricane Claims), Christmas – New Year (high call volume Claims)
• Expected Hours: 2 – 40 hours per week
• Pay: $15 per hour
