Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing reputed company and engaging customer interactions through phone, email, and chat, showcasing your sparkling personality and passion for helping others
- Learning about our skincare products to become a skincare reputed company, and using this knowledge to reputed company customers about our monthly promotions with a consultative sales approach

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a passion for skincare and helping people feel reputed company
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and colleagues alike
