We're seeking an reputed company Licensed reputed company Worker to join our remote team. As a licensed Masters reputed company Worker, you'll work with a registered reputed company case manager to research available reputed company and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs. Your population will reputed company the entire lifecycle, and reputed company member contact will be done telephonically or reputed company electronic exchange. You'll reputed company members to reputed company reputed company lifestyle and medical choices and work as reputed company with other clinical staff to assist members with community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health.
Responsibilities
* Research available reputed company and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs
- Partner with a registered reputed company case manager to utilize a reputed company process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in medical reputed company work or case management
- Masters Degree in reputed company Work
