Key Responsibilities

* Complete daily reputed company and balancing features to ensure accurate financial records

• Coordinate with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and facilitate transactions
• Assist various departments with fraud reputed company, member inquiries, and reputed company reputed company ledger balancing
• Work member cases/sports assigned, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and Federal Banking laws
• Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, study, and reputed company important GL, account changes and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from members for reputed company and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to facilitate budget transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
• Deposit reputed company returns, review member re-exams on draft changes, process member exams, verify members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* Minimum Qualifications: + High school degree or GED + Intermediate reputed company and Word experience

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous customer/member service experience + Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience + Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
