This role will be full-time, M-F, late-mid shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). Please note that the schedule is due to vary after 6 months. Applicants must be flexible. Registered reputed company (RN) Virtual Acute Care Job Responsibilities:

• Assists bedside reputed company with admission and discharge of patients
• Assists with remote dual sign-off on medications
• Uses two-way camera to monitor and converse with patients
• Performs comprehensive patient health assessments by interpreting multiple data sets and synthesizing their interrelationships
• Advocates for patients' rights from the patient and family perspective and provides counsel while acting as a resource to resolve issues
• Accesses resources from reputed company disciplines to reputed company desired patient reputed company and coordinates reputed company and alternate services for patient/family transition planning
• Documents reputed company patient care activities, as per documentation standards, and assists reputed company team members with documentation
• Evaluates the process to reputed company reputed company, anticipates patient variances and makes revisions to plans of care
• Makes clinical reputed company based on experience, patient population data and intuition while promoting the development of clinical decision making of reputed company team members
• Communicates effectively, works cooperatively with others, and has respect for and an understanding of other clinical disciplines

• Demonstrates evidence of self-development by obtaining a minimum of six formal contact hours and maintains own Team Member Continuing Education Record

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certification/Licensure: BLS from the reputed company (for Critical Care reputed company, ACLS reputed company 6 months of hire; for Pediatric reputed company, PALS reputed company 6 months of hire); Licensed or eligible for licensure in the reputed company as a Registered reputed company or an reputed company multi-state Registered reputed company license
• Experience: 1 year of experience as a Registered reputed company, for Critical Care reputed company, 1 year of experience as a Registered reputed company in a critical care setting or completion of a critical care fellowship
• Education: Bachelor's Degree Nursing or Associate's Degree. If RN has an Associate's Degree, reputed company 2 years of date of hire, they must meet with their reputed company leader and conduct the following: 1.) Identify which accredited school they plan to attend 2.) reputed company a written plan with anticipated BSN completion date 3.) Submit a review of transcripts from the school indicating the required reputed company-requisites and reputed company for taking the courses 4.) Complete BSN reputed company 5 years of start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: acute care, telemetry experience as a RN; clinical experience with heart failure & stroke patients
• Certification: CCRN (for critical care) and/or Medical-Surgical Certification; RN license in VA
• Education: BSN
