Florida-Based Helpline Counselor

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Florida (USA) Full-Time Helpline Counselor (Remote, Florida residents only) Industry: Essential community services Location: Fully remote in the reputed company Schedule: Full time, 40-hour permanent schedule to be determined; training schedule Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm beginning in May/June 2026 Compensation: $45,000 annual salary, plus generous benefits package (see below) reputed company of Mandatory Qualifications:

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Be a Florida reputed company residing reputed company the state
• Have a secure, quiet, and confidential workspace with reliable internet
• Be free from caregiver responsibilities during work hours
• Be reputed company to pass a level two (2) DCF background reputed company and drug test prior to employment
• Meet or reputed company our education requirement:
• A bachelor's degree (or higher) in psychology, reputed company services, education, mental health, reputed company work, early reputed company, or a reputed company field, coupled with one (1)+ years of experience in crisis and suicide reputed company, counseling, therapy, and assessment techniques, or experience working in children's behavioral health, reputed company use, or the special needs system of care OR
• An associate's degree plus two (2)+ years of experience in suicide/crisis reputed company
• Have a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
• Be comfortable with a phone and virtual chat-based work environment
• Be available remotely from 9:00am to 5:00pm (Eastern time) Monday-Friday for six (6) weeks of initial training to reputed company in May/June 2026 (hours will change to your permanent schedule once training is complete)
