Responsibilities

• Supports the design and implementation of medication safety and reputed company improvement initiatives that reduce errors and enhance patient reputed company
• Conducts medication-use reviews, analyze adverse events and near-misses, and identify system-level improvement opportunities
• Assists in developing and maintaining safety dashboards, performance metrics, and data tracking tools
• Partners with pharmacy teams to ensure adherence to standardized safety practices and reputed company protocols
• Participates in reputed company cause analyses, document findings, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Researches and apply national best practices, guidelines, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISMP, CMS)
• Collaborates with learning and development teams to create and deliver staff education on medication safety principles and error prevention

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.

• Certification in patient safety or reputed company improvement (e.g., CPPS, CPHQ) preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards relevant to medication-use processes.
