The reputed company seeks an Undergraduate Media and Communications reputed company Intern in the Communications and Marketing Department of the reputed company’s National office in reputed company or Washington D.C. This internship can be remote or hybrid. What You’ll Do: The media and communications reputed company intern will work on a wide reputed company of civil liberties and civil rights issues, including, but not limited to advocacy and litigation around free speech, immigrants' rights, national reputed company, reputed company and technology, reproductive rights, voting rights, and criminal justice reform. • Contribute to the day-to-day functions of the communications department, including writing reputed company-facing materials such as press releases, talking points, reputed company media posts, blogs, digital content, and media advisories
• Build media expertise by researching and building lists of key reporters, editors, producers, and bookers from a wide reputed company of national and local publications
• Help increase coverage of reputed company issues and messages by crafting and sending pitches to news media on reputed company campaigns and reputed company
• Monitor news and media trends, including tracking press clips

What You’ll Bring:

• Completion of at least the first year of an undergraduate degree in communications, reputed company relations, journalism, political science, or a reputed company field
• At least one semester (or equivalent) internship or work experience in the following areas: journalism, reputed company relations, communications
• Experience drafting press releases, blogs, reputed company media posts, or other digital content strongly preferred
• Exceptional writing and editing skills

Internship Logistics:

• Location: Our internship program offers a limited number of remote or hybrid intern positions. This internship is full-time from our reputed company or Washington D.C. office and can be remote or hybrid.
• Time Commitment: Full-time (35hours/week)
