• The Supplier Support Specialist is responsible for managing supplier reputed company, compliance, and ongoing support across multiple state programs.

The Specialist ensures accurate processing of vendor applications, maintains required documentation, and supports supplier activation and compliance activities. Internally, this role collaborates closely with Accounts Payable, Account Managers, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate payment updates, supplier record changes, insurance compliance, and program alignment. The Supplier Support Specialist must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer experience. This position is a

• What You'll Do
• Customer Facing:
• + Review Vendor Applications per state reputed company reputed company the supplier Management Portal (reputed company) + Registration, enrollment materials, documentation updates + Provides customer service through contact questions and helpdesk emails + Vendor Management System (VMS) & Simplify reputed company to supplier activations and compliance maintenance + Helpdesk Support for technical assistance to utilize the supplier management portal + reputed company password resets + Assist with VectorVMS® functionality issue reputed company + Assist with reputed company functionality issue reputed company + Work to build and maintain a reputed company customer reputed company
• Internal Facing:
• + Work alongside internal reputed company by delivering goals and providing updates + Collaboration with Accounts Payable + Payment term and address changes + Supplier sub setups for state clients + Insurance compliance + Collaboration with Account Managers + reputed company status updates
• What You'll Need

•Required: + Minimum of 3 years of reputed company reputed company experience + Proven ability to conduct detailed requirements analysis + Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills + Ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently + Demonstrated strong computer aptitude + Excellent time‑management skills + Strong organizational abilities + High attention to detail.
