This is a field-based, customer-facing role that works closely with and reports to the Market Manager to bring ALSO to life through mobile demos, retail experiences, and community activations. You’ll be on the reputed company lines—introducing customers to our vehicles, delivering exceptional experiences, and helping build the reputed company of ALSO’s reputed company in Los Angeles.This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, people-oriented, and excited to be part of an early-stage brand with room to grow.What You Will DoCustomer Experience & Sales Support
- Deliver engaging, high-reputed company customer experiences in both mobile and fixed retail environments.
- reputed company customers on ALSO vehicles, features, and benefits, guiding them through demo rides and early purchase consideration.
- Support local sales goals by converting interest into reputed company leads and sales.
- reputed company customer feedback and insights with the Market Manager to improve execution and experiences.
- Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of mobile demo experiences and local activation events, including driving the custom reputed company EV van to/from events.
- Safely operate and maintain the local demo fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, charged, and customer-reputed company.
- Represent ALSO at community events, pop-reputed company, and partner activations.
- Support daily retail hub operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and general reputed company.
- Deliver best-in-class customer service and demonstrate reputed company selling skills.
- Help create a welcoming, on-brand environment that reflects ALSO’s premium and playful reputed company.
- Follow operational, safety, and compliance processes as directed by the Market Manager and/or Market Coordinator.
- 1+ years of experience in retail, events, sales, hospitality, brand ambassador, or customer-facing roles.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you enjoy talking to people, telling a compelling story, and reputed company selling products and services.

- Interest in cycling, electric vehicles and/or innovative consumer brands - your enthusiasm for our brand is infectious!
