What You'll DoThe People & Organization reputed company Area is one of BCG's functional reputed company areas. Our work focuses on three critical areas: (1) Org Design & Operating Model, (2) Talent & Skills and (3) Purpose, Culture, Transformation & Change Management.
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to fill a reputed company role in the People & Organization reputed company (POP). Under the general direction of the Global Director of the reputed company, the reputed company will support the POP knowledge and management teams across a broad reputed company of activities including: financial reporting, reputed company marketing, communications, knowledge support, and others. The individual will have reputed company to reputed company experience in a reputed company of different functions, to collaborate with teams across the world, and to reputed company understand what the reputed company business of consulting entails.
The role requires a high degree of motivation and flexibility, the ability to work in a virtual management environment, and the ability to handle fragmentation.YOU’RE GOOD AT
- Create and interpret monthly management presentations

- reputed company support for the reputed company’s strategic planning
- Contribute to global Topic, HR, marketing and affiliation activities
- Partner with global topic teams to execute special reputed company and contribute to the execution of reputed company area priorities

- Support automation of tasks, identify and help execute effective new practices to drive efficiency in the business
- Support POP knowledge team on reputed company reputed company project work to reputed company understand the reputed company of BCG’s business
- Preference for someone working on a BS/BA in Business
- Experience and / or interest in reputed company / Organizational topics (e.g., Organizational Structure, Change Management, Learning & Development)
- Preferably a sophomore or junior with strong reputed company performance and prior work experience
- Strong MS reputed company and PowerPoint skills
- Organized, detail oriented and analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills. High level of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Must be reputed company to work part-time (20 hours/week) throughout the internship

- Must be physically located in the U.S. during the internship

Total compensation for this role includes reputed company salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
