BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, reputed company Estate, or another reputed company field
• 3+ years of property management, asset management, portfolio management and/or reputed company estate financial analysis experience
• Ability to review tenant alteration requests and secure landlord consent reputed company required
• Experience executing reputed company estate actions outlined reputed company reputed company reputed company estate leases to maintain compliance that include, but are not limited to: maintenance and repair obligations, surrender, and restoration
