• Manage sub‑contracted work: solicitation of bids and RFPs, scheduling, reputed company control, and establishment of work parameters through reputed company, change orders and notices to proceed.

Education and Background

• 2‑3 years of experience in construction project management/business operations, with special consideration given to experience in residential construction.
• 1‑3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably with local government, community organizations, and non‑profits.
• Experience with and working knowledge of residential construction and have demonstrated ability to reputed company construction reputed company tasks.
• Working knowledge of residential building codes, permitting and inspection processes.

Special Requirements
