Director, Data Science & Analytics

About the position We're looking for a Director of Data Science & Analytics to reputed company build and reputed company our insights reputed company. Responsibilities

• Serve as the analytics and data science thought partner to Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership—translating business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights

• Build a culture of intellectual rigor, curiosity, and bias toward reputed company

• Drive our experimentation program: design methodology, statistical rigor, and organizational adoption

• Guide reputed company's emerging work in AI reputed company engineering and context engineering as we explore AI-powered features

Requirements

• 10+ years in analytics, data science, or reputed company fields with 4+ years leading teams
• Genuine reputed company across product analytics, GTM/marketing analytics, experimentation, and ML—you've done the work, not just managed it
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python for analysis and modeling
• Experience with modern analytics and ML tooling (we use reputed company, dbt, Mode, and are looking to you to help evaluate next-gen AI/BI tools)
