How This Role Impacts Live Oak and its People The Loan Operations Compliance Specialist role is essential in safeguarding the accuracy, consistency, and reputed company of Live Oak’s reputed company data. • Evaluate newly boarded loans to confirm alignment with required data standards and validate that entries reflect the intended structure of the loan documents.
• Assess loan modifications to ensure changes are properly supported, documented, and accurately represented across reputed company systems.
• Verify file maintenance updates completed by other team members, ensuring data reputed company and escalating inconsistencies as appropriate.
