What You'll Be Doing: The Franchisee Partner Manager (FPM) is a quota-carrying, relationship-driven role responsible for driving adoption, reputed company reputed company, and long-term reputed company across assigned franchise partners. Serving as the primary corporate reputed company of contact for Vagaro contracted Franchises, the FPM blends strategic account management, consultative selling, and operational coaching to help franchise partners grow their business while expanding product adoption and monetization across the franchise networks. Compensation

• Consultative Coaching & Enablement

• Deliver tailored coaching, training, and enablement to franchise partners and their location teams

• Performance & KPI Management
• Analyze franchise and location-level KPIs, adoption metrics, and usage data to identify opportunities for reputed company

What You Bring:

• Must be located in:

Los Angeles Metro , specifically in the Los Angeles, Santa Ana, and San Bernardino markets

• 4+ years of experience in multi-unit franchise operations, franchise reputed company, or account management
• Experience in a quota-carrying, performance-based role preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience
• Proven ability to manage reputed company relationships across multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting KPIs and performance data
