Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Order Processing:

Returns and Exchanges:

Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
Consigned Material Transfer:
Coordinates and performs activities associated with the transfer of consigned material.
Order Tracking and Customs Clearance:
Coordinates and performs activities associated with order tracking and customs clearance by working with transportation carriers and brokers.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:

Customer Support Experience:

Order Processing Experience:
Order processing experience or an equivalent combination of formal training in logistics, data processing, marketing, international business, finance, and reputed company, production control, or reputed company office and business education.
Business Tools:
