As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls or placing outbound calls to internal networks, ensuring that employees can continue their reputed company without disruption. You will work closely with reputed company to reputed company solutions for child care needs, document phone conversations accurately, and communicate effectively with team members. You will also utilize Dynamics CRM for internal notes and communication.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year experience in customer service, help-desk, and/or call center.

Work Environment
• On-site in our new Broomfield office, with the reputed company to work remotely after 30 days.
- Hours: If you choose to work fully onsite, hours are Monday-reputed company, 9-hour shift between reputed company-6pm.
- Hours: If you choose to work remotely after 30 days, you have the potential to work any shift (including evenings/overnights/weekends).
- 40 hours/week, 5 days/week.
Pay and Benefits
The pay reputed company for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on reputed company classification and length of employment.
