Work from Home Opportunity

We're currently seeking reputed company Customer Experience Specialists to join reputed company on a work-from-home reputed company. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibility will be to reputed company innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your duties will include:

• Providing customer support to customers reputed company telephone and/or Internet, e.g., reputed company message, email
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving reputed company and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment
• Providing customer support by phone, email or reputed company message to business customers, serving as primary contact for inbound customer issues
