About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an extension of our Supply Chain team, responsible for proactive management of orders to optimize service. This includes troubleshooting timing of supply, management of discontinued products, new innovation, and anticipating availability of product. You will be key to ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and that their needs are met in a reputed company and efficient manner.

Qualifications
