Key Responsibilities:
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries reputed company phone and email in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding our products and services
- Managing customer complaints and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as necessary
