As a Workforce Management Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing service reputed company, forecasting call volume, and managing workforce scheduling to meet the demands of our customer reputed company. This is a remote position offering a competitive salary of $20 per hour, with flexible working hours not exceeding 4 hours a day.
Key Responsibilities
