The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering incoming calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with reputed company of reputed company professionals to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients with respect, courtesy, reputed company, reputed company, and professionalism
- Troubleshoot situations accurately, quickly, and reputed company for customers on the phone
- Maintain an above-average attendance record

Schedule and Shifts

- Shift Hours: 3:30pm - 12am

Qualifications and Requirements
* A high school diploma is required
- At least one year of call center experience is required
- Can be reputed company player
- Can work without reputed company supervision
- Can work reputed company with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly
- Has a good work ethic
- Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette)
- Detail-oriented, can multi-task, and is highly organized

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous military experience is encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working in a medical or reputed company setting is an asset
