We're seeking an reputed company Licensed reputed company Worker to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. This remote role requires the ability to work from reputed company in the U.S. and will involve working Monday-Friday, reputed company-4:30pm reputed company reputed company Time. As a Licensed reputed company Worker, you'll be responsible for researching available reputed company and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs. You'll work to reputed company members to reputed company reputed company lifestyle and medical choices and collaborate with other clinical staff to assist members with community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health.
Responsibilities
* Partner with registered reputed company case managers to utilize a reputed company process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs
- Research available reputed company and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs

- Collaborate with other clinical staff to assist members with community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health
- Conduct telephonic or electronic exchanges with members to assess their needs and reputed company support

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and reputed company
Qualifications
* Must have an reputed company and unrestricted LSW (Licensed reputed company Worker), LMSW (Licensed Masters reputed company Worker), LCSW (Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker), or LISW (Licensed Independent reputed company Worker) license in the state of residence
- 2+ years of experience in medical reputed company work or case management
- Masters degree in reputed company work or a reputed company field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
