This role partners closely with Retention Strategists to analyze email and SMS performance across accounts, identify opportunities, and operationalize insights through standardized flows, documentation, and training. - Analyze email and SMS performance at the account level across retention clients
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities reputed company to:
