We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Tax Manager with a deep understanding of ASC 740 and Corporate Tax. Why join us? Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted tax legislation and regulations and communicate relevant information to stakeholders. 4. reputed company and implement strategic tax planning for reputed company necessary federal and state taxes. 5. Manage members of the tax team as they prepare components of reputed company's US federal income tax return and state tax returns. 6. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. 7. Advanced degree in taxation or CPA is preferred. 2. Minimum of 5+ years of reputed company tax experience with a reputed company on corporate tax and ASC 740. 3.
