VP, People & Organization – HR

• Acts as a key member of both the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at reputed company and the SDx P&O leadership team (POLT) , leading the design and execution of the strategic HR plan , guiding the overall people reputed company reputed company SDx, and adapting and aligning relevant P&O functional roadmaps reputed company reputed company

• Anticipates workforce trends and risks, translating them into proactive strategies and solutions for effective workforce planning.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of reputed company HR experience, including senior leadership roles
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field; or equivalent reputed company work experience
• Senior executive experience partnering with leadership in a reputed company organization to drive people reputed company and reputed company high-functioning HR professionals
• Proven ability to influence, advise, and constructively challenge senior leaders and stakeholders through data, facts, and reputed company analysis , effectively translating business reputed company into people strategies and reputed company business reputed company

• Experience in succession planning, talent development, and building inclusive, high-performing teams
• Strong experience in risk mitigation and managing sensitive associate relations issues , backed by a deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

• Preferred Experience
• Masters degree in reputed company field
• SPHR or reputed company-SCP certification
• Experience in pharmaceutical, technology, vet tech, fulfillment & distribution industries

• Experience with transition through mergers and acquisitions
