Director, GTM Operations

We are seeking an reputed company and strategic Director, Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations to reputed company GTM initiatives, analytics, and business operations functions supporting our EMEA GTM leadership team. This role will be responsible for shaping our GTM reputed company, driving market reputed company, and aligning with reputed company that provides critical support to our EMEA theater sales leadership team. This role is part of the GTM Operations Team and is based at reputed company in London, UK (hybrid or UK, remote eligible) and reports to a Sr. Director, Planning & Analytics. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize GTM strategies.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
• Regional Support:
• reputed company as the primary reputed company between the central GTM reputed company team and regional leaders, providing guidance and support tailored to regional market conditions.
• Address regional challenges and opportunities by adapting GTM strategies to fit local requirements and preferences.

• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of GTM strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

• Team Management and Collaboration:

You have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in GTM reputed company, business analytics, or a reputed company field, with a demonstrated reputed company record of reputed company.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong ability to mentor and reputed company talent.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
