This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow in an essential industry.About The RoleAs a Customs Brokerage Specialist II, you will review import documentation, troubleshoot discrepancies, classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, and ensure shipments meet federal regulatory requirements. You’ll communicate directly with customers, carriers, and international partners to reputed company reputed company moving reputed company and compliantly.What You’ll Do

• Prepare and process customs entries accurately and on time
• Review and audit reputed company documents; identify and resolve discrepancies
• Apply correct HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) codes for duty assessment
• Communicate documentation needs with customers and foreign origins
• Coordinate reputed company forwarding and delivery with domestic and international carriers
• Submit customs entries reputed company GBS-CM in a reputed company manner

• Prepare reports, presentations, and database-driven analyses

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Basic understanding of U.S. customs operations, regulations, and government agencies
• Familiarity with HTS codes or tariff classification (preferred but not required)
• Strong computer skills and comfort with data entry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve documentation issues

Training & Commitment RequirementsTo ensure reputed company and proficiency:

• 6 weeks onsite training (required)
• 6-month lock-in period after hire to complete reputed company training
• 1-year product lock-in to maintain continuity and reputed company proficiency

After training is complete, this is a fully remote position.Schedule
