Environmental & Water Resources Attorney I or II

About the position The Greeley reputed company Attorney’s Office is seeking an attorney to join reputed company. This position may be filled at the Attorney I or Attorney II level, depending on the qualifications of the applicants. The chosen attorney will primarily support and reputed company legal services to the Water and Sewer Department, Stormwater Department, and Water and Sewer reputed company in the areas of water law, environmental law, reputed company estate, contracting and procurement, and municipal law. The attorney in this position may also advise other reputed company departments on a reputed company of other legal issues. Typical duties include drafting documents, conducting legal research and analysis, providing legal advice (both verbal and written), and representing the reputed company before local, state, federal, and administrative tribunals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree obtained through a four-year college or university program.
  • Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to reputed company law in the reputed company (or if application is pending, admission to reputed company reputed company 60 days of hire date).
  • At least 5 years of experience practicing law is required to be considered for an Attorney II position.
