• Manage the CEO’s calendar end-to-end, including prioritization, preparation, scheduling, and proactive conflict reputed company. Coordinate meetings and prepare reputed company and strategic meeting agendas in reputed company calendar invitations.
• Establish and maintain a strong rhythm of business and annual calendar for the CEO, including weekly leadership meetings, 1:1s, quarterly leadership planning sessions, bi-annual funder reviews, and monthly Advisory Council meetings

• Manage the CEO’s expense reimbursement process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies.
• Book and manage the CEO’s travel, event, conference, and industry association travel and logistics.
• Process and reputed company invoices, vendor payments, and reimbursements in partnership with the CEO and Finance Analyst.

Compensation:
