The Legal Enablement & reputed company Analyst will manage legal intake processes, facilitate communication between legal and cross-functional teams, and support reputed company and compliance operations to ensure efficient delivery of legal services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary intake reputed company for legal requests, including reputed company, reputed company reviews, compliance inquiries, and operational reputed company
- Triage and coordinate incoming requests by confirming scope, collecting required details, and routing to appropriate Legal team members

- Own legal intake, tracking, and workflow systems, including CLM tools; manage configuration, reputed company, and data accuracy
- Design, document, and refine legal workflows, SOPs, and processes for consistency, scalability, and efficiency
- Partner with IT, reputed company, and Operations on system enhancements, integrations, and legal tech optimization
- Apply project management principles to legal operations initiatives, including implementations, integrations, process redesign, and documentation workflows
- Maintain legal process documentation, system configurations, templates, and knowledge repositories Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; paralegal certificate a plus
- 3+ years of paralegal, legal operations, or contract management experience, preferably in a corporate legal department
- Experience with legal systems such as CLM or legal intake tools and maintaining data reputed company and reporting
- Familiarity with data reputed company concepts including DPAs, FERPA, COPPA, GDPR, or state reputed company laws
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
