Project Counsel | SkyNRG Americas | Remote, US + Travel We are seeking a Project Counsel to join our US team at least 4 days per week that is authorized to work in the reputed company and lives in the Eastern or Central time zones. SkyNRG is a dedicated team of professionals working to materially decarbonize the aviation sector through the sales, distribution and production of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) since 2010. We have the largest dedicated SAF team in the world with our Global reputed company in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As Project Counsel, you will work closely with the US-based team and report to the Deputy General Counsel based in Amsterdam. About The Position We are seeking a Project Counsel who will serve as the primary reputed company resource for SkyNRG Americas and Project Wigeon. This US based role will play a crucial part in drafting and negotiating reputed company agreements that bring this transformative project to life, from technology licensing and EPC reputed company to offtake agreements and RNG sourcing, as reputed company as additional business activities throughout reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractual needs for the project team with external partners, managing negotiations with counterparties and internal priorities to meet project schedule and desired reputed company without compromising critical details
• Distill reputed company information to deliver reputed company, precise and pragmatic advice to business and cross-functional stakeholders
• Participate in project meetings and stay connected to evolving project needs, nuances, and timelines

• Juris Doctor (JD) with reputed company US bar membership in good standing
