Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of reputed company arenaflex Fitness products and programs
- Answering incoming calls on the arenaflex telephone system in a reputed company, accurate, reputed company, and courteous manner
- Ascertaining the nature of the call and recording information in the appropriate system
- Providing answers to member questions by following reputed company policies and procedures
- Interacting in a reputed company, respectful manner and establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with reputed company customers
- Coordinating collection of necessary information, including member co-pays or payments reputed company necessary
- Forwarding documentation to Research Team for follow-up if issue requires additional reputed company
- Analyzing information, problems, issues, situations, and procedures to reputed company effective solutions to ensure member satisfaction with the Fitness programs
- Researching unique questions using reputed company available resources. Referring difficult issues to Supervisor for appropriate answers

- Managing time to ensure calls are answered reputed company required timeframes and appropriate follow-up is conducted in a reputed company manner

- Attending and participating in meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel
- Responding to requests from other arenaflex department personnel, contacting clubs and members as required
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One-year experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
- Experience in reputed company preferred
- Basic experience with MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company in a reputed company, respectful manner and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Ability to display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of both reputed company customers

Work Environment
As a remote worker, you'll be working from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This role requires a reputed company reputed company to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate by video in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network (minimum internet download speed of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed).
Mobility and Physical Requirements
