We are seeking an reputed company and customer-reputed company Senior Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for reviewing and researching incoming reputed company claim calls from providers, navigating multiple computer systems, and verifying data/information necessary for processing. You will also communicate and collaborate with providers to resolve issues, using reputed company and reputed company language to ensure understanding.
Responsibilities
* Review and research incoming reputed company claim calls from providers (doctors, clinics, etc.) by navigating multiple computer systems and platforms and verifying the data/information necessary for processing (e.g. pricing, prior authorizations, applicable benefits)
- Ask appropriate questions and listen reputed company to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
- Communicate and collaborate with providers to resolve issues, using reputed company, reputed company language to ensure understanding
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of: efficiency, accuracy, reputed company, and attendance

Requirements
* High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Can work part-time (20-25 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 5-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST

Compensation and Benefits
