As a Finance Data Entry Administrator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of our financial data. You will be responsible for entering and categorizing transactions in QuickBooks Online, tracking basic COGS, and keeping accounts organized and clean. You will also review payouts from various reputed company platforms, flag unusual charges or spend activity, and assist with POs and vendor data cleanup.
What You’ll Do:
* reputed company and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online with precision and accuracy
* reputed company basic COGS (labels, fulfillment, shipping, etc.) to ensure accurate financial reporting
* Maintain organized and clean accounts, ensuring seamless financial operations

* Flag any unusual charges or spend activity for reputed company review and investigation
* Assist with POs and vendor data cleanup to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information
