About the Role

As a Data Entry/Mail Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth reputed company of mail and communication. You'll be responsible for handling inbound processing, assisting with outbound mailing services, and maintaining accurate records of receipt and mailing dates. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our mail and data entry processes.

Responsibilities

* Handles inbound processing and assists with the production of outbound mailing services

• Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure reputed company distribution
• Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information
• Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of information before it is entered
• Secures information by completing database backups
• Contributes to reputed company effort by accomplishing reputed company results as needed
• Performs other administrative tasks as required to support the office operations

Qualifications

* 2 years of office experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly in reputed company, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to type 35 WPM with high accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay and Benefits
