As a Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and online self-service functions. You'll work closely with our clients' customers to address their queries, resolve issues, and reputed company accurate information on tax laws and policies. Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits
