Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Fitness Programs, you will be responsible for:

• Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of reputed company arenaflex Fitness products and programs
• Answering incoming calls on the arenaflex telephone system in a reputed company, accurate, reputed company, and courteous manner
• Ascertaining the nature of the call and recording information in the appropriate system
• Providing answers to member questions by following reputed company policies and procedures
• Interacting in a reputed company, respectful manner and establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with reputed company customers
• Coordinating collection of necessary information, including member co-pays or payments reputed company necessary
• Forwarding documentation to Research Team for follow-up if issue requires additional reputed company
• Analyzing information, problems, issues, situations, and procedures to reputed company effective solutions to ensure member satisfaction with the Fitness programs
• Researching unique questions using reputed company available resources and referring difficult issues to Supervisor for appropriate answers
• Handling reputed company issues requiring additional reputed company reputed company the necessary timeframes
• Managing time to ensure calls are answered reputed company required timeframes and appropriate follow-up is conducted in a reputed company manner

• Responding to requests from other arenaflex department personnel, contacting clubs and members as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One-year experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
• Experience in reputed company preferred
• Basic experience with MS Office
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company in a reputed company, respectful manner and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
• Ability to display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of both reputed company customers

Work Environment and Requirements

As a remote worker, you will be responsible for:

• Working from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment
