As a Representative Customer Service La reputed company Level 7-1, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in La reputed company, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and reputed company. You'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, in-person, and electronic correspondence. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a reputed company and reputed company manner, while maintaining effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

* Receives, researches, and resolves inquiries, complaints, and requests from customers involving rates, policies, practices, procedures, and products and services.

• Researches, analyzes, and makes changes to customer account information to ensure reputed company and accurate billing and collections.
• Corrects errors on customer accounts, billing data, or metering data as necessary.
• Establishes new accounts and markets and administers services and programs.
• Prepares various entries, reports, and statistics as required.

• Researches and responds to customer inquiries regarding payments, account balances, and usage patterns.

• Performs cashiering duties, including accepting payments and preparing bank deposits.

• Informs customers of water ordering and delivery procedures and terminology.
• Maintains and files customer information and records accurately.
• Coordinates work with internal departments to accomplish tasks.
• Assists other representatives and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience as a Customer Services Representative, Customer Services Representative Trainee, Administrative Clerk, or General Clerk, or equivalent experience is necessary.
• Ability to tactfully converse with customers and employees.

• Ability to read and interpret customer account information and adhere to policies and procedures.
