About the Position
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You'll be responsible for greeting and checking-in members, processing membership and program registration requests, scheduling classes and swim-lane reservations, and providing information about our facilities and services. Responsibilities

- Process membership and program registration requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications
* Previous customer service, cash-handling, and computer/database experience
- Effective verbal and listening skills, with the ability to communicate respectfully and effectively with diverse populations

- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
