As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, or in-person interactions. You'll work closely with our clients' customers to resolve inquiries, address concerns, and reputed company accurate information about tax laws and policies. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Entry Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• Six months of call center experience handling customer questions, complaints, and/or providing information

Compensation and Benefits
