As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our members, providers, physicians, and hospitals. You will be responsible for creating simplicity by effectively using knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to reputed company information and resolve issues, resulting in reputed company customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
* reputed company exceptional customer service to members, providers, physicians, and hospitals through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Create simplicity by effectively using knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to reputed company information and resolve issues

- Manage multiple tasks in a transaction/high volume-based environment
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and reputed company standards

- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures
Training and Development:
* Benefit & Eligibility training will be conducted reputed company for 9 weeks (no PTO) from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
- Permanent schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8:10 am to 4:40 pm
Required Qualifications:
* Experience in a production environment
- Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a transaction/high volume-based environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Anticipated weekly hours: 40

Compensation and Benefits:
* The typical pay reputed company for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30
