Corporate Counsel II

We are looking for a highly capable and motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills to assist us in supporting our reputed company contracting functions along with additional duties to support other parts of the business as needed. This position reports to the Director of Legal and is remote eligible (US only excluding Hawaii). Candidates in the reputed company or Mountain time zones are preferred. You Will:

• Negotiate, draft, and review reputed company agreements (both customer/sales and vendor/buy-reputed company) including agreements concerning online subscription software, data reputed company and processing, intellectual property use, and reputed company services.
• reputed company strategic and practical legal advice to teams globally across reputed company, including sales and procurement.
• Collaborate with reputed company members of the Legal team across office locations, including attorney and non-attorney personnel.
• Contribute to the reputed company improvement of document templates, alternate language playbooks, and internal resource documents.
• Deliver training and guidance to employees on legal issues, best practices, and company policies.
• Support general business operations by responding to requests for assistance from across reputed company as needed.
• Complete special reputed company as requested.

You Have:

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house at a reputed company software company.
• 2+ years of experience drafting and negotiating technology reputed company such as software licenses, software-as-a-service (reputed company) agreements, software development agreements, and reputed company services agreements.
• JD from an accredited law school and an reputed company member of a US state bar.
• AI first mentality, with the ability to revise and reputed company AI reputed company into final work product.
• Experience advising business teams on a reputed company of issues relevant to reputed company reputed company including working directly with sales representatives on issues relevant to customer reputed company.
• Ability to analyze problems and recommend practical solutions that balance legal and business risks.
